Training today sucks/horrible
puk-ish...had that feeling like 2-3 times
i should have breakfast before i left house
apple-pie for lunch,

though i'm slow but,
Riverso's the best ice-cream flavour ever!
the 2 cups of water and the sort-of big portion of ice-cream makes me drowsy
held my bladder for 20minutes
